This is my eldest daughter, Michelle, and her family. She has had two cancer scares and two surgeries in the last month.
Her family is hard-working, but medical expenses have taken their toll.
I know that you will help if you can, and I appreciate this more than you know.
If you cannot help financially, may I please ask for your prayers.
Thank you so very much!

I was at mom's from Sunday until last night. She's doing quite well and making wonderful progress. Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. They are appreciated.
No stitching for me this week. But that's okay. I hope to get some done this weekend.
Have a wonderfully blessed weekend. Stay safe and Happy Stitching!

SUNDAY BLESSINGS: Mom, Stitches, Rosh Hashanah, Giveaway, etc
GOOD SUNDAY MORNING!
I am so pleased to tell you that my Mom is now in a "regular" hospital room.
We spent almost an hour with her yesterday. She's very alert, she can move all of her extremities, and, most importantly, there is NO sign of brain damage!
Praise Jesus for His many mercies!
A very happy and blessed Rosh Hashanah to all! L’Shanah Tovah U’Metukah!
I'll begin working on Pumpkins 4-Sale today. I wanted to start a couple days ago, but the stress has been too much. I couldn't think much less stitch.
I'll try to stitch enough to post an update this evening.
I hope everyone had a great weekend... peaceful, happy, and safe.
OH! The goodies are arriving for my birthday giveaway! Shall I give you a hint? Buttons... scissors... oh! and a gorgeous little...

October Girl: So darn close!
I should really be finished with October Girl. I just can't take another stitch this night.
It's storming, the lights have blinked on and off and on again. I'm afraid I'll screw something up and have to frog tomorrow.
Current Progress:
As much as I have loved working on this piece, I'm eager to start work on Pumpkins 4-Sale!
My Mom is steadily improving, although she is not out of the woods yet. This news keeps me going and I haven't had a meltdown of epic proportions. I keep praying and asking the Good Lord to heal and comfort her.
Praying that everyone has a wonderful, blessed, and safe Labour Day weekend. May your week bring you joy.
Happy Stitching!

Labour Day Weekend, Mom Update.
Can August really be at it's end? It has been a very long, complicated, terrifying month. I'm happy to see September.
My Mom's sinus / ear surgery went well. She's in stable but critical condition. Praying for her recovery. Thank all of you for your prayers and good thoughts. They are deeply appreciated.
I finally stitched last night. October Girl is nearly done. I hope to finish her before the stroke of midnight!
She's been a lot of fun to stitch. Now, to do August for Morgan Rose and December for Michelle. The bond between Mothers and Daughters...

Have a Blessed Shabbat
I'll be praying the Rosary for my Mother at 11:30. You can join me here, if you would like:
May God Bless you all on the long Labour Day Weekend. Stay Safe. Happy Stitching.

Update on my Mom and a birthday.
Mom is stable but very critical. She's had TIA (Pin) Strokes, she's on the ventilator, and it's still touch-and-go.
Please pray for her. She means everything to me and my family. Especially to Morgan Rose... they are peanut butter and jelly.
Today is my youngest daughter's 26th birthday -- bittersweet for her today. Happy Birthday Morgan Rose!
I'm going to try to stitch some today -- maybe it will help me relax and calm down.
May your day be blessed. Happy Stitching.
