Time to get up and MOVE!

In 2009, I lost 66 pounds with the Spark People FREE program. In the 3 years since... I gained it all back.

A few days ago... I decided enough is enough and I'm getting back on track.

I've cleaned out the freezer, fridge, and pantry. I'm re-stocking with healthier foods. Tossing the sodas, adding water and a few diet tea drinks.

Replaced salt with Mrs. Dash, sugar with Splenda.

Small steps -- but steps forward nonetheless.
