This is my memorial to the late Sue Gastler. She designed A New Beginning and many other wonderful Cross Stitch patterns. I apologize for the slight blurriness -- my scanner is being very un-cooperative these days.
The quote is from John Taylor, 1630:
She wrought so well in Needleworke that she nor yet her worke shall ere forgotten be.
I think that describes Sue Gastler well -- As long as there are stitchers, we'll never forget her.
I stitched this area over one with Vikki Clayton's Sue-purple-ous.
I have just one motif left to complete and I'll be done!
